Whether you already have a contact form on your website or need one built instantly, Aalee Reach handles everything in under 2 minutes. **Choose the mode that fits your website:** * **Widget Mode (I don’t have a contact form):** Instantly adds a beautiful, premium floating contact button to your website. When visitors click it, they can submit their details directly into your Reach pipeline. * **Headless Mode (I already have a contact form):** Headless Mode is designed to work with standard frontend form submissions on WordPress websites. Log in to your Reach dashboard 2. Go to Profile Account Snapshot to find your Organization ID 3. Install this plugin, paste your Organization ID, select your preferred mode, and save ### External services This plugin relies on the Aalee Reach external service (reach.aalee.ai) to function. The plugin connects to the Aalee Reach API to capture and sync website leads into your Aalee Reach CRM pipeline. It loads an external tracking script (`reach-v1.js`) from our servers to enable either the floating contact widget or the headless form tracking. When a website visitor submits a contact form (or the floating widget), their input data (such as name, email, phone number, message, and any other form fields) is securely sent to your Aalee Reach account. This data transmission only happens upon active form submission by the visitor. The collected data is strictly used to populate your Aalee Reach dashboard, allowing you (the website owner) to manage your leads and run targeted follow-up communication, such as Email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns. Go to your WordPress Dashboard 2. Navigate to Plugins Add New 3. Search for “Aalee Reach” 4. Click Install Now Activate 5. You will be redirected to the settings page automatically 6. Paste your Organization ID from your Aalee Reach dashboard 7. Select either **Widget Mode** or **Headless Mode** 8. Click Save Settings — your integration is now live! **Where to find your Organization ID:** 1. Log in to your Aalee Reach dashboard 2. Navigate to **Profile** **Account Snapshot** 3. Copy the Organization ID displayed in the settings section ## FAQ ### Do I need to know how to code? Not at all. Install the plugin, paste your Organization ID, select your mode, and save. That is everything. ### Where do I find my Organization ID? Log in to your Reach dashboard, go to the Account Snapshot under your Profile, and copy the Organization ID shown there. ### How does Headless Mode work? Headless Mode is designed to detect standard frontend form submissions and send the captured lead data to Aalee Reach without changing the website design. ### Will this plugin slow down my website? No. The tracking script loads asynchronously — it never blocks your page from loading and has zero impact on your page speed. ### Can I switch between Widget and Headless modes? Yes, you can easily toggle between the two modes at any time in the Aalee Reach settings page within your WordPress dashboard. ### Is my data secure? Yes.
