Modern, customizable templates help you showcase your expertise in professional and accessible formats, complimenting your current design and enhancing your WordPress website’s functionality. Pre-built dynamic and customizable meta and schema data ensures your new content is SEO-friendly for added discoverability. With full freeform search and dynamic filtering options, visitors can easily explore the breadth of your expertise while integrated inquiry workflows ensure that you never miss valuable connections.
Your expert content can be added as part of a “new” purpose-specific page(s) such as an “Expert Directory/ Expert Center” or as a component of a current page such as your homepage, topic/department page, or newsroom section of your website.

We are also integrated with popular plugins like “Yoast” and “All in One SEO” allowing us to automatically add a sitemap URL with all your expert content to the sitemap index file created by these plugins. For those not using “Yoast” or “All in One SEO” but running WordPress Version 5.5 or greater it will also be automatically added to the default sitemap that WP creates.

Installation
Get started quickly without the need for complex IT support.
The following are the basic steps for adding your ExpertFile content to your WordPress pages or posts.
1. Create a new page for your website or determine the current page you’d like to add the content to.
2. Open the “Settings” tab to add your ExpertFile organization credentials and new URLs created.
3. Access the HTML code for the page or add an HTML element/container to the page using your editor.
4. Copy the shortcode text (eg [expertfile-directory]) from the “Shortcodes” tab and paste it onto the page/post.
5. Hit Save & Publish when ready.

A- No, each template includes customizable meta and schema data automatically as part of the integration.
