## Description

Eyoung在线客服系统插件是网页版的客服聊天系统，是一对一沟通服务的客服插件；客服人员
可以查看所有登录网站的用户并对其主动发起沟通，亦可查看该用户当前浏览的页面；深度
挖掘用户浏览习惯的交互工具。在功能层面可灵活配置各种风格，适用于不同风格的网站模版
中，并可配置包括QQ、微信、电话、Email等常用沟通工具。

## Installation

方式1：上传安装

FTP上传安装
 1. 解压插件压缩包`eyoung-serviceonline.zip`，将解压获得文件夹上传至
wordpress安装目录下的 `/wp-content/plugins/` 目录. 2. 访问WordPress仪表盘，进入”
插件”-“已安装插件”，在插件列表中找到”Eyoung在线客服系统”插件，点击”启用”. 3. 通过`
Ey在线客服`->`插件设置` 进行插件设置。

仪表盘上传安装
 1. 进入WordPress仪表盘，点击`插件-安装插件`； 2. 点击界面左上方的`
上传按钮`，选择本地提前下载好的插件压缩包`eyoung-serviceonline.zip`，点击`现在安装`；
3. 安装完毕后，启用`Eyoung在线客服系统`插件； 4. 通过`Ey在线客服`->`插件设置` 进行
插件设置。

### 1.基本设置

插件支持把网站帐号设置为客服身份，与在线用户(包括游客用户)进行实时互动，包括文字、
表情、图片、文档的发送；也可配置不同的客服联系方式，包括QQ、微信、电话、邮箱。
 
站长可以根据自身网站的需要进行组件的位置设置，包括顶部、右上、右中、右下、底部、
左下、左中、左上等8个位置可选。默认设置为右中位置。

### 2.外观设置

插件支持不同的外观设置，如可配置ICON颜色、背景色等，以适用于不同风格的网站模版。

### 目前插件都支持哪些客服联系方式？

目前支持客服与网站会员、客服与访客的即时互动，以及支持QQ、微信、邮箱、电话联系方式
配置。后续会陆续支持如Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber和Line等。

### 插件是否支持自定义外观CSS样式？

你可以通过后台的配置功能来改变前端外观。

### 插件是否为响应式设计？

是的。我们针对PC端和手机端分别做了响应，以适配不同设备。
