ViewRank Post View Rankings is a lightweight WordPress plugin that tracks page views (PV) and displays popular posts based on their view counts.

It supports rankings for today, the last 7 days, the last 30 days, and all time, with easy display using shortcodes and widgets. You can also display thumbnails, categories, and view counts, and customize display settings through the WordPress Customizer.

The plugin also includes a random post display feature that can help visitors discover more content on your site.

Tracking and caching / 計測とキャッシュ

PV tracking uses JavaScript and WordPress AJAX, so cached article pages can still record views. JavaScript and access to wp-admin/admin-ajax.php are required. Clear your page/CDN cache after updating so existing cached pages load the new tracker. Each normal page load counts once; this is PV, not unique visitor tracking. Bot exclusion is best-effort. A fresh nonce is obtained before recording each view to avoid expired nonces in cached HTML.

PVはJavaScriptとWordPress AJAXで記録するため、記事ページがキャッシュされていても計測できます。JavaScriptとwp-admin/admin-ajax.phpへの通信が必要です。更新後はページ/CDNキャッシュを削除してください。通常のページ読み込みごとに1回加算するPV計測で、ユニークユーザー数ではありません。ボット除外は完全ではありません。

Ranking database results are cached for up to 60 seconds. Your page/CDN cache can keep displayed rankings unchanged for longer. Private, deleted and password-protected posts are excluded. Existing view data and settings are retained.

ランキング集計結果は最大60秒キャッシュします。ページ/CDNキャッシュによって表示の更新はさらに遅れる場合があります。非公開・削除済み・パスワード保護記事はランキングから除外します。既存のPVデータと設定は引き継ぎます。

How do I display popular posts? / 人気記事を表示するには？

Use the ViewRank Post View Rankings widget or the available shortcode to display popular posts. You can configure the ranking period, number of posts, thumbnails, PV counts, and categories from the WordPress Customizer.

ViewRank Post View Rankingsのウィジェットや利用可能なショートコードを使って人気記事を表示できます。ランキング期間、表示件数、サムネイル、PV数、カテゴリーなどはWordPressカスタマイザーから設定できます。

How do I display random posts? / ランダム記事を表示するには？

Use the Random Posts widget to display randomly selected posts. The number of posts, thumbnail display, thumbnail position, size, PV count, category display, and text colors can be customized.

ランダム記事ウィジェットを使うと、記事をランダムに表示できます。表示件数、サムネイル、位置、サイズ、PV数、カテゴリー、文字色などをカスタマイズできます。

Can I exclude administrator page views? / 管理者のPVを除外できますか？

Yes. Enable the administrator PV exclusion option in the plugin settings.
